About Tanisha Singh

As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe that healing begins in the space we create together. My approach is deeply rooted in psychodynamic listening, which allows us to explore the layers of your lived experiences—from early relationships to current patterns and emotions—at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy is not about fixing or solving but about sitting with what emerges, holding it gently, and making sense of it in a collaborative, non-linear way.

I work best with individuals who are comfortable with depth work—those who are curious about their inner worlds and open to a long-term therapeutic journey. My practice is person-centered and non-directive, where the therapeutic alliance becomes a safe and supportive place for you to fully express, feel, and analyze your experiences. Together, we uncover how your body and mind connect, how you relate to yourself and others, and how those connections shape your life.

I bring my own lived experiences into my understanding of therapy. As someone navigating chronic illness, I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry the weight of challenges that may feel isolating and alter the course of your life. This informs my commitment to creating a space where your unique experiences—whether related to chronic illness, identity, or other complexities—are met with compassion and care.

In our work, we may move slowly but with intention, allowing each session to reveal something new about your inner life. It is this depth, this willingness to sit with what is unresolved, that I believe leads to a more integrated understanding of self.
